Our Mission
Our goal is to satisfy the clients' needs, to help sell their homes whether in a booming economy or a struggling economy. We strive to help home buyers make a purchase that will take into account their family needs, and their financial ability to enjoy and maintain the home, and also provide a good investment value.

Our Origins
  Our Origins  

Redding Associates, Inc. was created in 1975, in Southfield Michigan. Under the combined leadership of Anita Rubin and Don Hill, this company established itself in the neighborhood as a reliable, caring source of real estate expertise.

Later, when Don retired, Anita Rubin became the CEO, and continued to build a relationship in the Detroit tri-county area, creating a large family of satisifed customers.
